We are a licensed, accredited, insured, and bonded Home Care Organization located in North Bergen, NJ, next to Palisades Medical Center. Our organization was founded in 2017 with one purpose in mind: to make a positive change in the lives of the individuals we help by improving their health and keeping them safe and comfortable in the space they enjoy the most: their own homes. We obtained our accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC), which we successfully maintain every year. Our experience and technology empower us to find licensed, competent, and reliable caregivers close to you, so we can ensure ongoing and long-term care for you or your loved one. We are very proud of our caregivers, especially those who have been providing care to a client for so long that they have become a part of the client’s family. This is our greatest reward.
You will get access to a family portal, where you will be able to view your caregiver’s schedule as well as when they clock in and out. Our system meets the state’s Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements, and all caregivers use a GPS-monitored application to clock in and out. This ensures that your caregiver starts work when they arrive at your home and finishes work when they leave your home. All our caregivers are vaccinated against COVID-19, and we provide them all the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). They have also been trained to follow all infection-control procedures. Our caregivers must pass a strict medical clearance upon being hired and are subject to ongoing medical clearance checks as well. We verify references, licensing, and training, and we conduct background checks before clearing a caregiver for work.
