You will get access to a family portal, where you will be able to view your caregiver’s schedule as well as when they clock in and out. Our system meets the state’s Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements, and all caregivers use a GPS-monitored application to clock in and out. This ensures that your caregiver starts work when they arrive at your home and finishes work when they leave your home. All our caregivers are vaccinated against COVID-19, and we provide them all the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). They have also been trained to follow all infection-control procedures. Our caregivers must pass a strict medical clearance upon being hired and are subject to ongoing medical clearance checks as well. We verify references, licensing, and training, and we conduct background checks before clearing a caregiver for work.
